Support

Biohackr is a tracking and educational tool for compounds, dosing, inventory, bloodwork and progress. It is not medical advice and is for adults 18 and over. If something is not working, or you have a question about your account or subscription, this page covers the common cases and how to reach us.

Contact us

Email support@biohackrapp.com for help with the app. We read every message and aim to reply within two business days.

When you write in about a problem, include the device you are on (for example iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 19), whether you use the iOS app or the website, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help. Please do not email health details you would rather not share; describe the screen instead.

Frequently asked questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Where you manage a subscription depends on where you bought it. A subscription bought in the iOS app is billed by Apple and can only be changed through Apple; one bought on the website is billed by Stripe and is managed from your account page.

  • Subscribed in the iOS app (App Store): open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Biohackr. You can also open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions. Cancel there to stop the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Subscribed on the website: sign in at biohackrapp.com, open your Account page and choose Manage subscription. That opens the billing portal where you can switch between monthly and annual, update your payment method, or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current period.

I subscribed before but the app says I am not subscribed

On the subscribe screen in the iOS app, tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If you subscribed on the website, sign in to the app with the same Biohackr email; access follows your account, not the device. Still stuck? Email support@biohackrapp.com from the address on your account.

How do I delete my account?

Open your Account page, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account. This removes your account and everything logged in it (protocols, dose logs, inventory, bloodwork, progress logs); account data is deleted within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy. You can also email privacy@biohackrapp.com and we will do it for you after verifying it is your account.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Apple subscriptions are managed by Apple, so cancel it in your iPhone Settings (see above) before or after deleting the account, or it will renew. A website subscription is cancelled automatically when the account is deleted.

How do I get my data out?

Reports lets you generate a PDF of your protocols, logs and bloodwork for any period, built on your device. For a full export of your account data, email privacy@biohackrapp.com.

Reminders are not arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for Biohackr in your iPhone Settings, that reminders are turned on inside the app, and that the compound has a scheduled time. Reminders fire in the time zone your device reported when you turned them on; if you have travelled, turn them off and on again to update it.

Is Biohackr medical advice?

No. Biohackr records what you choose to enter and shows it back to you; it does not recommend compounds or doses, and its projections are estimates from published half-lives, not measurements. Talk to a healthcare professional before making any changes. See the Terms of Service.
